Father and Son Arrested for Armed Robbery
According to State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Magaji, the gang was
arrested in connection with various robberies in the Akungba-Akoko axis

denied being a robber but admitted that his son gave his gun to a
friend, Kayode Ariyo, who is believed to be a notorious armed robber.
During questioning, Ariyo confessed that he became an armed robber
because he had nobody to take care of him.
Items recovered from the suspects, according to Mr. Magaji, were locally
made pistols, AK 49 rifles, one mask and one HP laptop... All the
suspects will be charged to court soon.
